Scope of Services
The Scopus Journal Submissions offers a range of full-service journal
publishing solutions designed to improve the quality of your journal articles. Some of the
services we offer are the submission of the manuscript, peer review, substantive editing, copy
editing, and publication. We focus on delivering high-quality services to satisfy the needs and
demands of our authors.
Submission Requirements
- Originality, unpublished, and not under consideration for publication elsewhere are key
requirements for manuscripts submitted to Scopus Journal Submissions.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and
complete.
- Manuscripts submitted to Scopus Journal Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not
under consideration for publication elsewhere.
Peer Review Process
- Manuscript content is reviewed by subject matter experts.
- The contents of the manuscripts are chosen by members of the group, and summary remarks and
notes can be supplied by MNR from the field of specialisation.

- Peer review is anonymous; authors do not know the reviewers' identities.
Editorial Decisions
- The decision to accept or reject a manuscript rests with the journal’s editorial board.
- A vast majority of current research is only peer-reviewed section by section, and decisions
depend on quality, novelty, and relevance of the manuscript.
- Authors will receive the editor's decision via email. Manuscripts accepted for publication
will immediately go to production; manuscripts declined will be returned to the author with
a recommendation for revision and resubmission.
Publication Fees
- Authors may be required to contribute towards publication costs.
- Authors must pay the required publication fee to proceed with publication.

at all.

- When an author submits a manuscript, they implicitly grant us permission to publish and
disseminate the work.
- Authors retain copyright but grant Scopus Journal Submissions the right to reproduce the work
in any format.
- All authors of the manuscripts must ensure that their work intended for publication does not
violate any third-party copyrights. If any material from any other source is included, all
necessary permissions to use such material should be obtained.
